Hi, I'm Bryan!
I've been a software developer for over 15 years. I've even lead a few teams and run a few companies along the way.
Lately, I tend to work with start ups doing interesting new things and love being involved in the entire process: ideas, system architecture, data modelling, code design, user experience, code review, and mentorship.
I occassionally write about my experiences of growing codebases and systems, share ideas that might help others become better at what they do and other topics that may be of interest to professional developers like myself.
I'm lucky enough to be able to do my job remotely so I currently split my time between Vancouver, Canada and Barcelona, Spain with my wife and try to travel as much as possible. If you're ever in the neighbourhood, let me know!
